Question:
I'm looking for a new TV stand It's for my Sony 36" CRT.
At the mo I've got an open fronted SoundStyle stand, which is perfect in all but one aspect. My bloody son keeps putting biscuits into my DVD player and pulling the knob's off my Amp
I need a good quality stand with glass fronted doors so the little sod can't get to my precious system.
Any recommendations?
Argos has a few cheap stands. Prices start from £30 I believe.
Thanks - not really looking for cheap (my current one cost £250). Looking for a good stylish one, with glass doors.
Thanks anyway.
try http://www.standsunique.com/
or http://www.quadraspire.co.uk/
Definitely not cheap (My QS rack without doors was £600 :gag: )
Have you considered upgrading your child (it will be cheaper  )
Bought mine from B&Q. They have a cabinet system where you can mix and match doors etc. I went for the aluminium framed etched glass doors. Amazingly the remote still works through the glass.
Cost was around £100
If you want me to email me a pic, let me know

Thanks mate - that'll be great. :)
Saw a couple of Panasonic stands in my local department store a while ago. Same styling just one was a small version (with space for say 2-3 bits of AV kit inside) the other larger (space for 4-6 bits of kit). Beech & silver cabinet with glass doors - not lockable but on magnetic catches. The larger one was about £200-£250. Sorry I don't have more info but could well be on Pannys UK website.
