Question:
What would you rather see when buying a new dvd player, system or amp?
The cheapest price possible, or, for example, some sort of freebi?
Looking at some new ideas for the bargain forums, and considering things like when buying a full package, ou get all cables and a dvd setup disc foc, when buying a dvd player you get a decent scart in the price, and so on...
Let me know your thoughs?
Personally I'd rather just have the cheapest price. I'll either want to choose my own scart leads, cables, etc, or use my existing ones.
I agree with James, but if you want to offer cheap leads at the same time as cheap players, amps, receivers etc ... ;)
Personally I'd prefer the cheapest price possible - I've got leads, cables & setup discs hanging out of my arse.. :gag:
However, if people are buying a full system - player, amp & speakers - then I suppose they'd be grateful for freebie/discounted speaker cables, scart or digi interconnects..
Actually, discounted or even loaned/rented SPL meters with systems could be a good idea too.
btw Justin, you got any black 656s in stock yet..? :p
For me Cash is King, so it's the bottom line I look at

My thoughts were based on the amount of people that buy dvd players or systems, then complain theres no scart or s-vid to connect it to their TV. I though would offer different options such as rock bottom on its own, or for a little more you get a setup disc, decent QED or IXOS scart, etc so its ready to run out of the box.
Had Dv656 in stock for ages;) both colours....
depends on who your going for doesn't it really, some one new would probly apreciate the setup/connection, people changing just want a good price.
maybe stick to the great prices and put together a 'connection/setup' pack?
