Collect Questions

Does anyone know if the 3 and 5 metre gold plated scart plugs that are available from Argos are fully screened, all pins connected etc?? I can hear another terrestial chanels via the scart extention, so i want to make sure I'm using tidy leads when the engineer comes to visit..
