Question:
is it possible for me to play music from my computer to my amp?
if yes what connections etc...would i need?
Mini jack > twin RCA socket (http://www.lektropacks.co.uk/dept.asp?Hash=5&dept_id=208) + a regular 2x analogue phono cable is one way..
nice one, if you check back.
is it possible to use the rears for normal TV, at the mo, they use the fronts only.
Depends if your amp has Dolby Surrond decoder in it other wise it'll not be able to decode the two lines in to generate the third sound at the rear!

I have set it to pro logic, but can't seem to get the rears working.
bloody remote is **** or am I a :dork:
anychance of a detail walkthrough?
Only if you tell us what amp it is lol!
Also how is the TV connected up? 2 x RCA leads into video1 on the amp? Or via the video etc
Yamaha htr 5540rds amp
DVD player into Sky digi box, sky digi box into TV.
I only have my DVD player and Sky Digital going through the amp.
How are they connected? RCA, digital optical, coax etc?
DVD player coaxil into amp, RGB into Sky digi box, sky digi box RGB into TV.
OK well you have no connection your amp for a TV signal then?
You need to use standard RCA phono leads to connect your SKY box to an input on your amp eg Video 1 and then switch your amp to Video 1 when watching telly and bob's your uncle!
You will also need to go into your sky digibox system set up and and ensure that you have it on stereo output
