I'm currently using the Sony 80 min ones. Are there any cheaper alternatives that are as good a quality?
I bought some TDK XS-iV 80min from beyondhifi. Might be worth a look.
In my experience they're all of equal quality. Morrisons are currently doing a deal on Maxell 80 min discs, £4.99 for a box of 5 but available on a 3 for 2 offer (ie a tenner for 15 discs). Not bad.
I've got some Maxell MDs that seem to suffer from drop-outs so I tend to avoid them now. The ones I bought most recently were TDK from Richer Sounds, which they were selling individually for 99p. Looking at their website, I see that they are now selling 100 Maxell for £59, JVC for £69, TDK for £79 and Sony for £89 if you want that number. Couldn't find an individual price.

I always use TDK ones, which I usually get from Richer sounds.
