Well I've just ordered a Pioneer 350 from Digital-point for £99-99(including scart lead) Amazon have got them for the same price as well.
Can't give a personal recommendation yet but other reviewers rave about it. It's multi region, plays DVDR and CDR (incl mp3). It's gotta be better than the Alba.
