Question:
I've had my beko 28" widescreen tv for a while and have been happily using scart1 for my computer (via cables) and scart2 for the playstation, however a few days ago when I tried to use the computer on the tv, it didn't work. I did see some of the image, but it was like a very bad reception with no colour and a constantly moving image. I tried rebooting the computer and I can't get anything out of the scart socket at all now.
The computer works fine on scart2 with the same cables, as does the playstation, but neither now show up on scart1 (the playstation iirc didn't work on scart1 anyway).
Is this a hardware fault or something else?
Thanks for the help.
Maybe one of the pins on the scart plug have snapped off.
I've got two phono to scart connectors (or whatever they are called yellow (vid), red & white (sound)) both different makes, both don't make any difference :(
