Trying to help my parents out at long distance.
When they prgramme the video it only records the chanel its been left on.
So if its programmed for ITV 19:30 to 20:00 but the video channel has been left on BBC. It will tape whats on the BBC between 19:30 and 20:00.
They have had the video for a long time about 15 months or so, so they should be doing it right.
I will try and see if video plus has the same problem.
But can any one give me some clues, its all fairly standard. The ariel just plugs into the video etc.
