Question:
On my sisters Samsung SV-DVD1E DVD/VHS player, when playing some DVD's the sound is very jumpy and unwatchable, on other DVD's the sound is slightly jumpy and is watchable and others play perfect as DVDs should be.
I dont know what the problem is, and was just hoping that one of you helpful lot would maybe know what it was and know of a solution:confused: if not do you know of an email or mail address of the company as I cant find anything related to the player:(

The responsibility for fixing dodgy products is the retailer's not the manufacturer's. Thank the Sales of Goods Act for that :)
