Question:
Rightio, my Digitheatre DTS is on it's way out since I'm getting crackling in the left speaker and no sound from the centre speaker. It's out of warranty and would cost a small-fortune to get repaired, which I'm not going to bother with.
So I'm looking at getting a seperate amp and speaker package combination, I'm on a budget of around £700. Basically, I have my PS2, DVD and XBox running through my old system and would like this in my new setup.
So far I've earmarked a set of Wharfedale Diamond 8's, a Powercube 12A and a Marantz SR4300 AV Receiver. Will this suffice do you think?
