Question:
why do sky persist in updating the software for Sky+ users and not for average sky users :(
i chose TiVo over Sky+ and i feel now im being cheated out of things like DTS sound etc by keeping a standard sky box :(
they wont even enable Widescreen but thats a totally different ball game!
whats people opinions?
You couldn't get DTS from the normal sky box anyway it doesn't have the right hardware. there's no way to upgrade these with software.
I'm in the same situation as you. I love my Tivo but would really like to get discrete audio as well.
