You're basically talking about a distribution amplifier with S-video connectors rather than composite or RGB. They are available, but they can be expensive - the sort of kit that gets used in corporate presentation suites. Try Extron or Kramer Electronics, eg:

Dont know if this will help at all but product code WN53H from maplin (either instore or at www.maplin.co.uk) might suffice. I got one a few months ago for 14 quid and was v happy, but now it's only 6.50 it's a real bargain.
