Im hopeing that somebody might be able to answer a question for me..
I have 2 DVD players in my house, and have noticed while watching my main dvd player (one connected to my WS) that i get an occasional "Flicker" in the background of a scene (e.g. you might see the flicker on the wall in a background -- generally happens in dark scenes). I thought there may be something wrong with my player, so i took some films up to my bedroom and tried them on my orion DVD player, with the same results!!
Can anyone tell me does this happen with DVD's and is it common? Its not that its a major prob just one i would like to find out what causes it.
any help would be much appreciated...

My bet is that these will be Warner Home Video titles, the early ones of which were poorly authored and resulted in some horrendous "pulsing" (eg Heat, when de Niro is in his house by the sea at night and the background throbs away like a good 'un)
