What TV and what source? (e.g. DVD/VCR/Broadcast etc)
On myp.c. DVD ROM drive(samsung sd616q)
Ok, I would check for latest video card drivers and latest revision of the DVD Playback software.
Which Video Card and DVD Software are you using?
