Hifibitz are doing the Aego 2 for £99!!
Are these the same sub and speakers that are part of the Aego 5 pack?
If they are I'm very tempted to buy several packs to give me 6.2 sound in the lounge and 2.1 for the PC (and a spare sub) for under £400!
Same Sats, Different Sub, The 5 sub has amplification for 6 channels (2 x Front, 2 x Rear, Center and Sub ). I believe that the Aego 2 sub is just 2 channels amped, or 3 if you consider the sub as a separate channel.

p.p.s I picked up the Aego P5 with processor for £450 from Sound and Vision in Bolton, later saw Currys selling off some of them at £320, quite a long while ago though.
The Aego 2 Sub also has amplification for a centre channel.

I was planning on buying four systems (under £400), however I didn't realise that the sub was different. Would I be able to run 6.2 with these subs? I plan on upgrading my Yamaha A5 to a 6.1 amp in the next couple of weeks.
