cyberhome ad-L528 Firmware Update?

Question:

Hi Guys,
Here is my problem I need to update to firmware 10.01 for my Cyberhome which is having problems with playing mp3's on its current firmware.
Does anyone have this on cd that they could send me as i dont have access to a cd writer as mine is busted!!!
Or know what exactly is needed to do this firmware upgrade?
