Question:
I am getting a pioneer dv454 so my old dvd player is going into my bedroom. I want to get a cheap 5.1 set up for my room can anyone suggest a system?I don't want to spend more than 200 -300 for a system.
Also a cheap 14 to 20 inch widescreen tv can anyone suggest one?

What about the Yamaha VS10 ? 199 from Dixons.
I run a Videologic Digitheatre (not the DTS version) in my room which is 9ft x 10ft and the sound is great while not over-powering.
I picked up the set, which was factory reconditioned when Morgan Computers were selling them cheap!
Top system and if you can find it cheap enough may be the system for you!
Have to agree with the Videologic Digitheatre, a lovely piece of equipment.
As for the TV, I noticed LIDL are doing a 21" TV for £99.00, its branded SEG:

It looks ok for the price. The offer starts 18th November.
