as the title does anyone have any experience of this all in one machine and if so is it multi region.

Don't have one but it most assuredly is multi region out of the box! Good picture quality and audio performance that will blow you away.
Gallo were using one at the Manchester show along with their own speakers. I watched Hell Freezes Over and noticed quite bad lip sync problems
