Question:
Does anyone know the contact number for Bush Electronics UK?
I have looked everywhere.
Thanks in advance ?
Mods: feel free to move if not in correct forum.
My wife works for DirtDevil who are owned by Alba PLC, who own Bush !!
Anyway, the only phone number she's got for Bush is 01923 859777...give it a try...
Cheers !
No problem mate...if you don't have any joy, let me know what the problem is and I'll see if she can give you another contact number...
That number is for distribution - they gave me this number
020 87873111
for customer services. I rang it and was on hold for 5 mins before being cut off
I need to speak to someone regarding my IDtv. It needs the software updating in order to work properly with Digital text etc.
I'm onto it !!:)
Right...ring 01788 532028 and ask to speak to Sarah (my wife).
Tell here what the problem is and she'll e-mail their technical people and give you an answer.
Apparently they're always doing the hanging up on people thing...lots of people within the company are getting ******* off with it too !:)
Thanks for that !
Spoke to Sarah and she is going to pass on the details. I might get somewhere with this now!
I am not worthy :notworthy
Useless buggers probably still won't be able to give you the answer you want. I've been trying to convince them for months that there are two different versions of one of their dvd players...one with a DTS decoder on it and one without !!
Oh well... here's hoping :D
You should get an answer soon...although whoever works at their technical services department (hello, whoever you are :)) that printed out this thread in a snotty fax to her, could have answered the question for you...:brickwall
Sarah has called me and told me what the technical department response was (that its ITV Digitals fault) but that the software does exist in order to get the correct funcionality but its cannot be downloaded because ITV Digital has gone bust !
This is not acceptable and I will attempt to contact Bush again.
I do hopwe Sarah is not in any trouble over this.
Sounds like she might get in trouble because of my opinions of the (allegedly) shoddy nature of the products that some of the subsidiaries of the company that she works for make and also their (allegedly) shocking customer services.
Just another quick hello to whoever it is that works for Bush on here too...coward (allegedly)...
Eventually spoke to a nice lady in CS an I am putting the matter "in writing" as they say. Sorry to hear about the missus :(
