Question:
HI guys - revieved a DVD -r of my brothers wedding (legit !!) - plays on my sony 325 DVD right through all the chapters no probs - but on his Pioneer (444 I think) it plays only 5 of the 6 then starts to jump and freeze...tried dusting it etc....to no avail....but tried it again on mine and it works !!!
Just seems to pixellise then lock....then returnt o the main menu....
Pioneer has a multi mod chip...same chip as my Sony 325....any ideas ????
You may have just come up against the normal compatability issues regarding certain brands of disc, and certain players. If the disc is not pioneer branded, try a copy onto that brand. It might just work, and any expense would be worth it if the recording is a treasured one.
