Hey Justin you thinking of getting any DVD players in that do both PAL and NTSC progressive scan.
Im on a budget but want a player for my PTAE100 projector.
Any good deals coming up on the Harmon 25 as theres firmware now out that makes it pal progressive too.
A few people might be interested in this, maybe a group buy thing etc

Brad, Pal prog was only ratified last week as an offical format. BTW, the HK upgrade does NOT offer PAL prog, it simply allows the machine to output PAL discs via the component outputs!
Rumour is the Marantz Dv4300 will have a update by xmas offering the PAL update, now that its offical, but it all depends on the manufactures spending the time and resources to add features to machines not originally intended to carry them.
DVD25 has been on the forums offers for a while, I`ve yet to update them due to lack of time over the past 4 weeks, but intend to sort the october offers in the next few hours....
Thanks Justin, are you sure about the HK 25 not doing PAL progressive as theres quite a bit of info at the avforums about this and people have tested it and say it works.
It does seem the HK 25 can do it as there have been a few people who went to the hifi show conference exhibition and there was demos of the HK 25 doing pal progressive and this has been mentioned by a few people. Even sales men told customers that the HK 25 is now able to do pal prgressive. Have a read over at avforums.
You mention the Marants and i like the look of that,, all my av gear is silver so i prefer this colour. So u say pal progressive may be available on the marants by xma
