Question:
does anyone know where I can find handset hacks for a sanyo dvd player? I am not sure which one (my sister says she will tell me later :oh-hum: ) so I need the hacks for all of them.

Its the sanyo sl20. She rented this because she was told it could be made to be multiregional can it? If not I think I will buy her one.

I also have SL20 and have been looking for an hack for this.
So after browsing i found that the place my DVD player came from, BE-DIRECT was now selling this as a multi-region DVD player. So i emailed them to find out why mine wasnt and why not and what i had to do get it to be multi-region.
The person from be-direct replyed that that the ability to multi-region the player has only just become available to them. They say its a software upgrade (can only assume this means a DVD they insert). They are willing to upgrade this if i pay the carriage charge of 10 quid. This is very kind of them and am thinking of doing this. the only thing is, if its available to them, then surely we can blag a copy or seomthing from somewhere.
Any ideas anyone.
