Question:
My nephew has owned the above player since Feb this year.
Up until now there has been no probs with it.
The problem we have is that as soon as you turn the power on and get to the Cyberhome logo the whole picture is going from right to left, and jumping about all over the place making it impossible to watch anything on it.
I bought it from Richer Sounds in Glasgow, but unfortunately a certain someone can't find the receipt :nono:
I've tried using different scarts and TV's but still nothing.
Anyone else had similar problems with this player?
Its obviously developed a fault.I have not read of anyone else with this problem.
Try taking it back without a reciept. They should swap it without any trouble . The player hasn't been out long enough for the guarantee to have run out (tell them this if they say they need a reciept).
If they won't take it back then try Wh Smiths. They sold this player too ;)
As long as you are asking for a swap or repair (not a refund), a decent company will oblige.
Thanks simes, i'll give them a phone today.
When i had a problem with mine i also had no recipt so i found a contact number on their website and they sent me out a replacement next day no questions asked.
That was good of them
I phoned Richer today - they said if they can't fix it i can have a replacement. no probs about the missing receipt.
I'll hopefully get it sorted soon as my nephew will want to use my Tosh 210 until he gets his fixed :nono:
