Has anyone ever bought anything from them i.e. are they are reputable dealer, what about their returns policy etc.?

I've used the store in Tottenham Court Road for a DVD player, minidisc and DV camera - prices were very good.
The minidisc remote control developed a fault nearly a year later and it got replaced withing 10 days.
