Being a complete novice with DVD's and DVD players, I thought I would come to what seems to be one of the best DVD related forums on the internet for advice!
I have so far identified this DVD player:

And wanted to ask if everyone thought it was a good DVD player. What I'm after is are the features good?
If possible, I'd also like advice on which speakers to get, as I'd like to have surround sound in my living room.
Lastly, I have seen this DVD player for sale at www.askdirect.co.uk

for £139.00 inc. VAT and delivery. Is this a good price, or can a better price be found? Does anyone have any experience of buying stuff from askdirect, if so what are they like? What are delivery times like etc.
