Question:
I'm about to step back into the minefield that is DVD player buying.
I have about £300 to put towards a new machine.
Features I would like (in order of preference):
1. Really fast layer change
2. Skippable warning screens (FBI warning skip I think)
3. MP3 support (including VBR MP3s)
and it goes without saying it must be multi region, plays CDRs, and VCDs.
I've currently got a Pioneer DV-535 which is great, but I've been offered cash for it, so I thought it'd be a good time to upgrade!
Any recommendations or pointers?
Get a Pioneer 656A from HCH in Justins thread in the Bargain Forums. It has just won What Hi-Fi player of the year! He's doing them at £325 incl delivery plus a good Scart to Scart thrown in.
I've just bagged one but be quick.
