DVD to minidisc question...
Question:

How do!
Is there an easy way to record say a music DVD to minidisc?
Such as simply using the optical out on the back of the dvd and pluging it into the minidisc recorder and selecting a linear pcm track or dolby 2.0?
Would this work with syncro auto track numbering?
If not, what ways could i do it?
Cheers
CHRIS!

I used to attatch the optical cable from my MD to my amp but you could do it directly to your DVD player. Just leave it as DD

Yep, MD'd my Bjork DVDs using his method (although it did need setting to PCM as DD didnt work).
You'll have to split tacks manually tho, and the digital output on my old Sammy 709 seemed quite quiet, so check your record levels (if theyre adjustable).
