Question:
Howdo,
A while ago I hijacked someone else's thread to ask about devices that would allow me to transmit/receive stereo signals from the hifi in my lounge through the wall to a pair of powered speakers in the kitchen.
(Before anyone suggests it, yes, I am aware of 'wire' technology, but this involves drills, with which I cannot be trusted.)
What I'm looking for is basically an audio only version of a videosender. I don't need remote control or anything, as its only gonna be used for continuity (when MrsAČ is preparing food).
Connectivity wise, I'm thinking it'd work exactly like a pair of phonos would, but without the wire in between. I'd prefer not to get wireless speakers, as I want to be able to feed the signal back into an amp if I want.(Unless someone knows some really good deals on them.)
If anyone can help with the above, URLs, reviews, opinions, prices, encouragement, rants about enforcing misogynistic stereotypes, I'd appreciate it, and I promise to defrag my brain before my next reply.
Cheers,
AČ
I think it may be against the law to do this, there was a warning within my video sender box that a video signal must be sent along
with the sound signal
Cheers bobwindy.
Never heard that before. Do videosenders still operate if you don't connect the video signal?
Hmmm.. Maybe wireless speakers are the only way then...
