Does anyone know if it is possible to multiregion a R2 Aiwa xddv480? Handset hacks don't work. I have a firmware update from dvdregionhacks.com which is said to work but before I try it I want to be sure it won't mess up my machine.

Hand hacks dont usually mess up the machine.Since there built into the machine already.
Yeah I know handset hacks are fine but none work on this player. I have a firmware modification burned onto a CDRW that is supposed to multiregion the player, but I don't know for certain if it is safe.
