Question:
Hiya..
right i have settled with what dvd/cinema i am gunna be going for...
a yamaha hitb45 amp and speakers combo
and a
toshiba sb220(E?) dvd player
but still having problems deciding on the main part of the set, the ol tv.
choices i have narrowed it down to are a
panasonic 28" TX28PL10 (100hz) OR PL1 (50hz) not sure if to go
Philips 28PW6515
Sony KV28LS60S (100hz) or KV28LS35S (50hz)
dont really want to go for more than over 700quid max
dont know if to go 50 or 100hz (cant really check them out at a local store either)
needs a nice stand with it and the more scart sockets the better.
:)
also anyone know of any decent review sites?

For £685 you can get a TOSHIBA 32Z17B from tesco.com. I have one and can't fault it.
hmmm yeah.... grrr this decision is hurting me... :(
that model has got pro logic on aint it... would rather pay the extra and get better qual telly than pay the extra for speakers and sound that i am not going to use i reckon....
any other decent 32" tellies that are sub 700? or is that just wishfl thinking
Christ on a bike.!!!
found the TX28PL1 on dixons website for 499... plus a further 50quid off with a 10% off voucher... so a telly for 450!! bargain.. and that includes shipping!
nice one...

A friend has just bought this set from Dixons and he is chuffed to bits with it. After a brief viewing I can confirm the picture quality is excellent.
It also won a recent 28' test in Home Cinema Choice magazine so comes highly recommended as well
...but with the tosh 32z17b you get the component inputs to match your 220e.
well i have ordered the panny now for 450 :) mucheous bargainous
