Collect Questions

Hi all.........had an email a while back concerning blends i retail on my website.Having always made them for my own clients i saw nothing to try them online.I was asked if i had each product licensed and if not what i was doing was against the law?Only being new to the www from a retailer point of view i was quite shocked.Does anyone have any info on this as all avenues i have looked into have come up blank or have been too jargonnay for me to understand
