Hi all,:)
I have a few crystal necklaces, the other day I was wearing a rose quartz chip necklace, I went for a walk and after a while had to remore the necklace as I felt as if I was being chocked. The necklace is nice and loose, Once I took it off I felt fine. This is the second necklace I have experenced this from, the other necklace was a chraka necklace. Has anyone got any idea why this is happening?

I have experienced this in the past myself, it's possible in the case of the Rose quartz which is one of the heart chakra crystals, that there may be some issues that you need to clear up, something that needs to be said from the heart and not being done so, could be why the chakra necklace had a similar effect.

Hi stormdeva,
I can understand that, I have been told two times by my friend when she did reiki on me, that my heart chakra had a blockage.
Just wondering would grief be what I have to deal with, had two close loses the last few years?
