Question:
I went for my 2nd Reiki treatment last night but didn't experience the same things as on my 1st visit. I saw no colours but I did have one rather strange experience. About half way through my treatment when the Reiki healer was standing by my legs and feet, in my mind I wasn't thinking about anything in particular when suddenly I experienced what can only be described as a picture that flashed into my mind. It was a boy aged around 10 or 11 with dark hair and a red jumper on. The vision only lasted a matter of seconds but what was strange was that I could only see half of him and the other half seemed to be obscured. He also seemed to be sitting in a plance cockpit and I was looking at him from the front!!?? After this had happened I almost willed it to happen again but nothing more occured.
I haven't the faintest idea what this means or why I saw what I saw. It was so sudden it almost made me jump! I have to be completely honest and say I didn't mention it to my healer as I felt a little embarrassed and that she might think me crazy! :D
Does anyone have any ideas?

No, sorry no ideas. Did it look like anyone you know? Why not ask your Reiki practitioner if it means anything to her/him?
No it didn't look like anyone I know and the whole thing just seemed really obscure, especially with the plane cockpit and everything. I'll perhaps mention it next time it go ;)
Not really any ideas about what it was you experienced Rach, but more a question to ask: does your experience concern you at all? If the answer is "yes", then I'd really be tempted to do what Poppet suggests, and talk to your Reiki practitioner. If you're not concerned but are mearly curious, then you could have a fabulous time meditating on the experience and seeking the answers yourself!!!
Which ever route you choose, or if you take another path completely, try and treat it all as something to learn from. You never know when this experience may come in useful.
