I was on the alphadynamics site today and the prices have come down for Christmas! The Stress Survival Kit is down by 20% and the CDs are available separately now. And thanks to all those people who contacted me after my last post but I'm not an employee so can't get discount. Mmm...maybe I should change my job...

I read about alphadynamics another on site (can't remember where) and thought not yet another "mind" technique, so I didn't persue it further. However, I did a guided visualisation with a coach I use and the outcome was that I needed to look within to find answers (for my life purpose/path).
So via a internet search for guided visualisation I found the alphadynamics site and read a little bit more, downloaded the free book (nicely written - humorous), ordered the guided visualisation CD and realised that person behind the CD's was into NLP, EFT and hypnotherapy. Infact I'm thinking in doing beginners courses in hypnotherapy and NLP. I've already done a beginners course in EFT. Looking back I should have ordered all 3 CD's. I'll probably do that anyway after I have tried the guided visualisation CD.
I hope also that I can use the visualistaion CD in addition to find the core issues and then use EFT on these core issues although I may also use hypnotherapy CD from alphadynamics.
It is stated on the alphadynamics site that one should used "closed" headphones (for best effects) to listen to the cd's. Apparently
things don't work if you listen via a normal cd player on your stero. Not even in-ear headphones are recommended. FYI I bought some hi-fi headphones (Sennheiser HD 212 pro), comfortable, good sound and around 40 GBP. I recommend going and trying on a pair of headphones at a (hi-fi) shop if you decide to buy some as opposed to just ordering via the web (via Amazon for example).
Hopefully I can write more after I have used the alphadynamics guided visualisation CD (I feel the same "buzz" with alphadynamics as I first had when reading and using EFT)
