Question:
Hello All At HP,
Can anybody please tell me where I can buy the flower essence of Nicotiana for quitting smoking? There are 100's of sites on the net explaining how effective it is and 100's telling you how to buy the seeds so you can grow it in your garden because it looks nice but none that actually say where you can get the essence from.
I am desperate to get my hands on it, please help?

Hi Rebecca, Sorry I can't help, I hope you are successful in sourcing it.
I gave up smoking just over a month ago, with the help of hypnotism, I had one session and haven't had a ciggie since, and the great news is that I don't even get cravings and I'm also ok to be in the company of smokers!
P.S Had a look at your website, we have very similar interests, I dowse the Alaskan flower essences.

Hi, well ive been growing tobacco......but dont recall if made an essence or not[&:]....will have to check..
lobelia essence might be a good alternative as its used herbally to kick the habit....
ameythsyt crystal /essence is also historically known as an addiction breaker...

Hello Wise Owl do you think you could make me something to help me please I am a bit of a hopless case to say the very least if it's out there I've tried it, only thing I havn't tried is anything natural/herbal essences.

Im afraid I cant help with regard to making an essence of Nicotiana but I can heartily reccomend it as a garden plant, very pretty and hard to kill (a bonus for a lazy gardener like me). You dont need to grow it from seed you can buy it everywhere as bedding plugs in the summer.
Having just given up smoking myself I can sympathise with the struggle though. I find I have no cravings at all until I have a glass of wine though, and then I have trouble. It shows the addictive nature of habits though...more addicited to the habit than the drug!
