Hi all,
I carried out my first case study last night and I thought I would share my experiences.
She arrived after a hyper day at work and would not shut up![sm=1syellow1.gif]During the consultation I had to keep bringing her back to the subject as she was chatting away. Settled her down and did the foot inspection.
She was still a but restless during the warm up routine [sm=bouncy.gif]so I worked on the Solar Plexus which brought her down and relaxed her.[sm=sleep.gif]
I won't go through all the crunchy and painful areas as it would be tedious.On her right foot, working her chest area after recently fighting off a viral infection enduced a shivery sensation over her chest. On her left foot, I put pressure on the eye point and her eyes started to fill up and water! She had mentioned having a migraine during her illness but had not said it was over her left eye! How cool was that? Once I finished off, I left her there to come to and bring her some water - like a good boy. When I returned she commented that it felt her feet were being pushed down while she layed there.[sm=scratchchin.gif]
The whole evening gave both of us alot to think upon and looking forward to seeing each other again after Xmas.

Over time you'll enjoy seeing the difference you will be making - I have seen it over time in two of my clients and am pleased for myself and the client themselves.
I had my own done last night and it was the first time in ages that i totally fell asleep and had such a great deep sleep that I feel quite good today.

Amazing reflexology.......... I'm not going to tell my clients BUT I get almost as much from giving a reflexology treatment as receiving one.
I have been feeling quite stressed this week, something to do with not being organised about Christmas this year. I was beginning to feel quite 'twitchy' but yesterday I did two reflexology treatments and today ? No stress, feel so much better.
After three years of giving regular reflexology treatments I am still amazed at what feet can tell us.
Ooohh Russ it is exciting isn't it...
So far I have done two people
My husband - On inspection he had what I can only explain as a burst blister under one of his toes, he hadn't had a blister there, when I looked at the map of the feet (not used to it yet) it was over the sinus area and he had had a cold the week before.
My best friend - She was just over 7 months pregnant so just gave her some relaxers and I have never seen her so relaxed she just loved it and it was so enjoyable seeing somebody enjoy something like that... also over her throat area on both big toes was dry skin (she didn't have dry skin anywhere else, really takes good care of her feet)... I asked her about her throat and she had been waking up every morning with a sore throat...
I just love it....
