PUTTING ON WEIGHT > ACNE
Question:

Hi all
Ive not visited this forum for a long time & when i did last it was because i needed help clearing my acne.
Anyway ive got my acne down to a minimum now through all sorts of different ways, for example drinking;
10 glasses of water a day (Helps flush toxins out)
5 a day fruit n veg (Recommended)
Washing my face with normal Mens face wash (Nivea Oil Control)
Aikido 3 times a week (Reduces stress, Self-Confidence)
Swimming 4 times a week (Im sure the clorine does something)
Steam room & saunas (Clean out your pores)
8 Hours sleep a night (Really helps) etc, etc, etc... & Finally
Lots of excersize (benefits you loads) only now ive lost a lot of weight & am finding it really difficult to put it back on.
Despite eating pasta, tuna, chicken pretty much everyday im really considering a build up drink.
Can anyone offer me any advice plz...!
Thanks in advance.

HI
Congrats on loosing the weight and reducing the acne - must be a confidence booster.
Why dont you rather than increasing your food intake to drinks have you though of reducing the amount you exercise - I have to admit I dont know how you do that.

Build up drinks such as Compan or Build Up are great, but the danger is that you will feel full after drinking them, so not eat so much, so not necessarily be getting many more calories!
Well done on losing the weight and clearing the acne!

Yea a bit of a confidence booster i guess! As for the exersise i like being fit & am afraid if i stop i might start breaking out with Acne again as i still have it only very mildly tho, besides i go to the gym every morning before work pretty much to wake me up & also so ive got the nights to myself.
Thanks as well Karen
Maybe i could have the build up drinks afer a meal, do you think that would work!
Kind regards!
