I have my AOR exam at the end of the month (Sept 24th) and was just wondering whether anyone could give me any tips on what to study, and any past exam papers (I have already seen those on here - thanks to those that have posted these). Has anyone sat this exam yet this year, or are we all doing it the same day?!

Hi. I took my AoR exam in July and found the stuff already posted on here very useful. The book, "Hands on Reflexology" by Andrew James has lots of sample questions in, many of which came up in the exam.

Read the question carefully! They are sometimes worded a bit ambiguously, I find, although you may not agree. Good luck with your exam.
