Question:
There are a lot of good books but I like anything by Da Liu(hard to get), such as his Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation and another is Taoist Yoga by Charles Luk (not for beginners). A good start is QiQong empowerment by Shou Yu-Liang but I believe there is a mistake in the micro orbit section where the tongue is dropped to soon.
I'm interested in learning more about this, do you think it's possible to learn from a book alone or do you need classes? Is there any site that lists classes by area?
Pam
You're best off getting training from someone rather than a book. Where are you based?
I'm in Southport, north of Liverpool.

Oh, not an area I know, really. Is this any use: http://www.taichifinder.co.uk/local/England/Lancashire/
Thanx Darren but it turns out not. I'll look around offline.
