Question:
Hi everyone,
It's been ages since I've posted, I know. I've been quite busy with my and other yahoo groups, and have been more into TAT and BSFF than EFT. Which brings up my point: as powerfully effective as these mind therapies are, and every bit the equal to EFT (I actually prefer them), I rarely see these mentioned here: usually only EFT.
If anyone has not heard of one or either of these (there are others, like EmoTrance, ZPoint processing and Dynamind), you really owe it to yourself to check them out:

People are starting to talk about that Freeway CER (I think) now...
A lot of people on here do EFT, that's all. There are a few who do other Mind Therapies such as TFT, BSFF, Emotrance, Hypnotherapy, NLP etc but we talk about whatever people want to talk about, and there always seems to be alot on EFT. As Darren mentioned FREEWAY-CER has recently come on the scene. More info about what that is on the founders website
Love and Reiki hugs
I think EFT is for many their first experience of mind therapies so this is why it is often talked about - I am aware that many of the people who frequent these boards use a variety of techniques but EFT is accessible to everyone.. please though.. if you have insights or questions on other techniques I would love to read them - I have recently added Freeways CER to my list of techniques and am very interested in adding more in the next few years..
Hi Justine and Giles:
I've been readiing the Freeway CER thread and checked the link Dez provided. This looks VERY interesting... I'll have to put a future training on my calendar.
I think a great deal of Tapas Acupressure Technique and be set free fast. They both cover a lot of territory in a short time and (IMO) go deeper faster than EFT.
The trick with BSFF is that you really need to do a lot of muscletests and thoroughly work through the protocol to get the best results. I've asked Don Elium, the editor for the BSFF video, to make a laminated, pocket-sized cheat sheet, and he's agreed.
You can learnmore about both these modalities from their web sites, and if you want to interact with other enthusiasts, practitioners and trainers, the yahoo groups are

P.S. I developed an attunement-based method called the Solvation macro. It's a transpersonal energymindbody psychologymethod. You can use it like an EP technique, but it's alsoparticularly good to use on others' behalf like a powerful prayer. It has a secondary agenda: it heals the problem while helping your consciousness to use the problem and its solution to evolve spiritually.
Hi Alfred
you will love FREEWAY-CER, i am urious about your EP technique
where can i learn more about it

I would love to hear more about the method too - if you feel like sharing, make a new thread and we can have a good chat about it together.
I am sure Giles will want to hear about this cause he's a surrogate junkie! *hide*
I currently have NLP and Emotrance at the top of the wishlist (after I've done the Freeway in a couple of weeks (Need to book!)). I would love to do Tapas and BSFF too but it's all about location and timing of courses. I'mstarting to come to the conclusion I will be doing hypnotherapyhaving said for years I never would.. that's on the backburnedatm till I'm 100% sure. I think I enjoy the mind therapies cause they are proactive and hand control to the client for ongoing change and personaldevelopment, whereas in techniques such as counsellingyou're more passive - lets face it, as therapists the last thing we want is for our clients to walk out with loads of emotions brimming and no way to deal.
I initially wanted to develop a means to help people accelerate through any issues that come up during an energy attunement focused on inner healing (this attunement process tends to activate and clear energetic and mindbody residues of trauma and emotional baggage, butfor some people with certain heavy issues (complicated birth trauma, serial child abuse, for example) their "stuff" would get activated but the release took more than one session. We were taking care of this with TAT, BSFF and EFTwith good success, but it wouldeither disrupt the flow of the session, or have to be done afterwards (Inow have people do TAT for birth trauma beforethey start).
So, I developed a codedenergeticmacro (a series of energy and mindbody processes) synthesized from several powerful methods that could be activated with a keyword/phrase to clear "stuff." Then, because most of the work I'm doing is transpersonal psychoeducation through energywork, I decided I wanted this to be a transpersonal energy psychology tool. So I included and a learning process tied to concepts ofA Course in Miracles. The idea behindthis is that there is a common existential and spiritual issue at work which underliesevery problem: a belief and experience of separation from God and limitation to our human condition. The macro is designed to work these "problems" as part of whatever the problem is it's being used for.
The method is passed on via a remote (or in-person) attunement, much like reiki. I did this because 1. It took me a few years and lots of money to learn most of the methods I borrowed concepts from; 2. I've been immersed over the last couple of years in R&D involvingtransmitting mindbody states and processes by theattunement method, and the macro was to be used by the members of my yahoo groups whowork this way anyway.
The attunement is something like a piece of energetic software your subconscious and superconscious can run to experience changes in your mindbodyenergy system.
It can be used for anything other EP methods can be used for, but it seems to shine brightest in the area of intercessory intent (so long as it is not manipulative in any way, i.e. getting someone to do something because I think they should). It's pretty young (born in March), so we're still learning all the different things its good for.
It seems each of the EPs has its strengths and limitations: so far with the Solvation macro, the structure of the protocol for using itis very basic: You state your perceptions of theproblem, then your perception of the solution, and then say "Please solve this."The macro works with the problem, your perceptions, and/or your beliefs to promote healing on several levels. The nice thing is that it's very simple to use. It also generalizes the healing to related issues in many cases. The thing I've noted people having the most problem with is picking theirwords and selecting non-manipulative intentions. One of the problems is whenpeople aren'tfocusing on a specific problem they are having. This seems to be worked out now, both in the instructions and the attunement.
Some people love the macro and use it for most things, even if they know other EP methods. Some feel they are groping in the dark without more structure, and prefer the comfort of structure in other EP methods. I stilluse BSFF and TAT as well as the macro for myself, but I find myself prefering the macro when working with/for others. The macro seems to kick up a lot of energy, so I limit use to about 10-15 minutes per day total. The energy effectalso seems to linger, and this amplifies the effects of other EP if use them within a couple hours after my few minutes withthe Solvation macro.
Dez and Gussie, I'd be happy to email you the pdf instructions (they are soon to be rewritten, but they work jus
What a kind offer, Alfred - I would certainly be interested in trying it out, it sounds totally different from the work I've tried in the past.
Hi Alrfed
thanks for the offer, i will download the attunemeny tonight and work with it for some days and give you honest feedback on this
thank you for the gift

I think many of us have adapted EFT because it is such a versatile system. I use it as Allergy Anidotes, Sandi Radomski's adaptation, I use it with Seichem Reiki, which works like a cross between EmoTrance, a structured spiritual healing system, and EFT, with hypnotic suggestions, with massage, my aromatherapist uses it with aromatherapy and NLP. We are not talking Basic Recipe here or finding emotions etc, just metarmorphosis that I am loathe to call something else. At the end of the day, EFT is a therapy that many people know, so from my point of view, I can't be bothered to call it something else with slight adaptations or additions. I also find the idea of TAT boring and love the rush from EFT tapping. Having said this, I do learn other techniques too, only I end up incorporating most of them into EFT.
I will be learning Freeway-CER with Dez later on and we all continue to learn and grow I think. For most non-therapists though, EFT is the one which is available for free download, and so so many use it, which is understandable.
If I find something better than my use of EFT, I will happily use it instead. So far, I have not encountered it. If you offer me a freebie trial too Alfred, just call/PM/email me and let me know. It would be great!
Alfred,
Sounds fascinating. Any chance of the link too so I can have a read up about it.
Many thanks
Hi Suzanne and Giles:
If you email or pm me, I'll send you the latest version of the pdf file.
If, after reading it, you'd like the attunement so you can work with it, I'll prepare it for you.
Just to emphasize, I don't know that I can say this is "better" or "worse" than other EP methods: the Solvation macro focuses on both and mindbodyenergy and transpersonal/transcendental methods of resolving physical, emotional, and psychospiritual aspects of life problems for self and by intercessory intent on others' behalf. For this reason, its effectiveness and useful applications might be broader in scope.
Also, the technology behind how it works is very different from the meridian-based EP methods I'm aware of, because it uses the combined energy signature of several distinct mindbody, energy, and cognitive processes as a universal "macro" to entrain the user's systems into a "healing and problem-solving" state.
I've been having a blast with it!:)
BLessings,
Alfred
