i have been wearing a piece of larimar it has been cleansd but i find i get in a very emotional mood and quite dizzy from it especially if i try sleeping with it under my pillow. I have stopped using the crystal now but does anyone have any ideas why it owuld affect me like this?

A lotof crystals have a very fine vibration, Larimar is one of them. It releases emmotions and aspects that we may be holding back or thought we have dealt with. Also it connects with past lives too, Larmiar effects the thymus chakra, thrat chakra, and heart chakra, so any blockages in these areas wil come up to be released.
Hence the eratic emmotions.
I suggest you work with the Larimar for short periods of time, and see how it goes:)

I will continue to try with the larimar for short periods of time then as, I have placed it in my Jewellery box. do you know which number larimar vibrates to by any chance?and what this vibration signifies? sorry for the questions but, I find it all very fascinating at how crystals can have such varied affects on us. Strange You said about past lives as this is somthing I have wanted to clear from this life in order to have a clamer and more peacful one

Blue Pectolitevibrates to the number 6, and Larimar is the blue form of Pectolite but because of its higher energy form, Larimar vibrates to the master number of 55.
It is strange that you are having any problems when working with Larimar, usually it is a very comforting and soothing stone, a wonderful healer in all ways. Is it set in a piece of jewellery? How is it set, what metal?How did you cleanse it? Do you know its history? Are you sure its Larimar?
Lots of questions I know but usually Larimar can be worn all the time with no problems :)




Yes!!! I am 100% certain it is Larimiar. it has red and brown patches on the back as a spots but the rest is turquoise blue and I have some other pieces I have checked it against it came from domincan republic I have some other pieces like it that are rough I have seen blue aragonite which is similar to larimar. I can't explain it other than it makes me incredibly dizzy and out of sorts it justs ends me off balance. I cleansed it in rock salt for 24 hours.




the only way i wear it is in a metal cage on a silver chain I don't have it attached to anything. It is a well polished cab all I know is it makes me feel physically sick. I do have the same thing with selenite and pale crystals. I have started to steer clear of using them in everyday wear as, I end up feeling awful even through cleansing them.

have a look at the chemical composition of all the crystals that make you feel uneasy. and also the formation (primary/secondary/tertiary) and crystal structure. maybe there's a link: maybe you are allergic to...let's say for example: aluminium.
or maybe you unconciously associate it with an unpleasant experience in your past: a crystal or a colour that became a "stigma".
