Lawn Mower Tai Chi

I couldn't help but notice as I am pushing the mower( push mowers are great exercise) that I was in the Push Posture then checking myself I made sure my elbows were mostly down and I was breathing naturally with the amount of effort required moment by moment and myspine and wrists were naturally straight and my knees naturally bent. LOL.

I guess an electric mower would be less relaxing due to the noise.

It may be that mowing the lawn is very close to our need to be close to nature, alawnmower that you have to push is much like a pushing a mill stone, good for Bagwa walking as you walk your patterns.

Sorry for being so flippant before. I was mowing the lawn the other day and realised you're right. I found myself using my legs more to generate the power and the arms were doing very little work.
