Iam very interested in starting my own business doing IHM will i need a diploma for this?[&:]
I have enroled in an adult education course but would this be enough? thinking of starting out just family and friends, as i get better then move on.
any advise please?

If you mean, do you need to be qualified then the answer is yes for insurance purpouses.

Hi yes the adult education course is IHM may recive a certificute but not a diploma, im also about to start a correspondence courses in Anatomy & Physiology, i know this may sould like a stupid question [&:]but would this still not be enough?

Before you spend time and energy pursuing those avenues, why don't you ring a few insurance companies and ask them would they accept the courses for you to practise?
If you are doing an adult ed course and NOT getting awarded a diploma then you will probably not get insurance for practising on the public and getting paid for it. If you can find out what the certificate is called maybe I can help more. I teach adult ed and the certificates awarded although the students go through an accredited course are not qualified to practise on anyone but family, and the certicate is usually equivalent to an NVQ level 1, and for insurance its normally level 3.
The correspondence course for A&P, again check what the certificate is and then ring insurance to find out.
