Question:
Hi there
Im a new member, just signed on today.
Ive been interested in aromatheraphy for a while but never really know where to begin.
I do a little for myself as home use but sometimes i find it difficult teaching myself.
I always seem to find when making something ive always got an oil for my preparation missings and they are so expensive to buy.
I suffer from hayfever and have found a preparation i would like to make buy it uses rose otto oil which i do not have, does anyone know of an oil i can use as an alternative?
Any help, advice, tips and hints will be greatfully recieved.
Hi Sarah,
Suffering here too [:'(] I have been using a couple of drops of lavender and roman chamomile on a tissue and in an aroma stone - it seems to take the edge off it. Also tried Melissa with moderate success but it's expensive (but i'm worth it! :D)
Hope that helps
Best wishes
