I remember someone telling me many years ago that honey is very good for you. Does anyone know which sort is best for you? I've looked in the supermarket and I found clear honey and set honey.
Any info would be great!

That's very interesting information Lisa. As I have been a vegetarian all my life this is making me think twice no matter how good it might be for us.
