Hi all,
on holiday in VERY sunny Wales at the mo. went to a bike fest on Sunday and found a lovely crystal stall. Bought a feltspa sphere and can't find a description of its properties anywhere. Have checked a few books out, and googled it, but can't find any info. Can anyone help? T
Thinking that perhaps it may go by another name.???
Description is: black crystal with small squarish grey inclusion that are a little sparkly in some lights.
Reminds me a little of labrodite as is a little eradiscent but no bluish flashes in it.
Just a quick reply as I'm at work and shouldn't really be here!
Try looking up Feldspar - this is a generic name forthemineral structure, and crystals in this groupinclude things like labradorite, moonstone, sunstone, amazonite. Of course, it's the chemical in the rock that gives it it's colour.
And Wales? Sunny? Are you sure you didn't take a wrong turn somewhere along the line and end up in Spain?? ;)
