Sorry I didn't post a crystal last week a bit busy. So thought I would do 2 this week.
Please remember as Stormdeva says these are only a guide, how they work for me. You may be able to add other ways they work or don't. An example is I always use sodalite when I want clients to open up and talk, a friend of mine uses it to stop them talking. Same crystal but we have different energies so work with the crystals energy in different ways. Anyway enough of that and on to the crystals.
Agate
Mineral Class: Quartz Group, Oxide
Colour: Yellow, brown, red, blue-grey
Healing properties
Physical
Stimulates digestion and elemination, helps with stomach and gastric problems helps with skin problems, encourages growth and regeneration, helps with eye problems. Because like us Agate is made up of many different layers and crystals it can help many areas and organs of the body. It can also help balance our auras, has a harmonising and stabilising effect.
Emotional
Gives security and protection, enabling us to resist outside influences, dissolves inner tensions, stimulates memory.
Mental
Aids concentration, helps us to find simple solutions to problems, allows logical and rational thought enabling them to be put in to effect calmly and without delay. Blue Agate helps you to look at the worth of your ideas and beliefs and not be easily swayed by the opinon of others.
Spiritual
Leads to spiritual maturity, stability and growth. Helps us to attain a caslm vieew of life, supports us when we look back at our lifeand experiences.
Ways to use.
Can be hung in a window for emotional, mental or spiritual effects. For meditation a circle of agate is very powerful, or applied with direct skin contact over the area to worked with at a physical level.

Colours: Green, gold,red, yellow, blue-green

Has a detoxifying effect on the liver, and can help with symptoms of continual stress. Has a balancing effect on the autonomic nervours system, Helidor (yellow blue-green) can help with eye problems long/short-sightedness
Emotional
Gold Beryl in particular helpswith the nerves and emptional problems caused by constant stress. For apathy and the unwillingness to do anything red9Bixbite) can help.
Mental
Any of the beryl family stimulate a gradual determination to carry out plans. They encourage a feeling of self-confidence and secruity. Golden Beryl is good for those who feel at the mercy of others, encourages self-reliance.
Spiritual
All beryls can make us versitile, full of the joys of life, effective, goal-orintated
and far-sighted
Ways to use
Can be used for meditation or worn close to the body for mental, emotional and physical poblems, for the eyes can be laid on the lids.
