Hello everbody; I would be grateful if anybody has anyquestions or tips relating to the ITEC sports massage exam. I've already seen the most recent, (Tue 9/5/06), postings and they are great. Many thanks to all who took the time and trouble to post them.

I did the itec sports massage theory and pratical last week
Theory was not at all what I expected. The way they worded the questions was completely different to any past paper I downloaded on this website. A bit off putting. I would advise to know the insertion and origin of all the muscles. They could ask something like the origin of x muscle and x muscle is also the insertion of x muscle.Which muscle is this, giving you 4 options.
If a person presents to you for massage who works out on a bench press and does press ups, what muscle group would you work on?
If using weights on arm curls, what muscle are you using?
Which of the rotator cuff muscles does not insert at the greater tuberosity of humerus?
In blood pressure, when the heart muscle is at rest is it?
dystolic or systolic. It is dystolic
I will get some more from the other people who took the test and post them up
