Need to get an example of a letter one would send to a doctor to ask permission to work on a client.... anyone have a copy of one they could let me see?

If you look on this link there are many doctos letters along with other pieces of paperwork which should help you get all you need.

I really wish I knew of this forum last year when I passed my Reflexology course, I could not find any info anywhere, I sat for ages writing a sample I could use as a doctors letter. I think your all great
