Question:
Hi,
Does anyone know what is the best blend for someone who has got hayfever/sinus problem?
thanks so much!!!
Boring I know but I always respond well to eucalyptus as it affects my breathing and it clears me out..
I treated someone with hay fever yesterday and, from memory,Christine Westwoodrecommends juniper and rose (didn't specify which), though Louise Tucker doesn't mention either in connection with hay fever. No surprise there, then.
Hi,
Try Roman Chamomile in a blend it is very calming and antiinflammatory.

Hi,
For hayfever, try hyssop in some vaseline applied to the nostrils.
Hyssop is also good for sinusitis, as is myrtle. It is gentler than most euycalyptus's and not stimulating so can be used at night.
Good luck

I've used peppermint essential oil with great success in riding me of my stuffiness.
